Section 639.609 - "Manufacturer" defined

As used in NAC 639.609 to 639.619, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the term "manufacturer" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 639.009. The term includes an outsourcing facility as defined in section 4 of this regulation.
