Section 639.Sec. 3.3 - NEW

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 639.205, an application for any certificate, license or permit issued by the Board is valid for 1 year after the date on which the application is received by the Board unless the Board extends the period of validity for the application. An applicant who fails to provide all required information or make all required appearances within 1 year after that date must submit a new application for the applicable certificate, license or permit.
