Section 639.972 - Failure to comply with order imposing disciplinary action: Service of order to show cause

Upon the issuance of an order to show cause pursuant to NAC 639.965, a copy of the order shall promptly be served on the respondent and the respondent's attorney of record, either personally or by registered or certified mail.
