Section 639.67019 - Retention of records1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 639.67055, each record required to be made pursuant to NAC 639.661 to 639.690, inclusive, must be: (a) Maintained by the pharmacy for which the record was made for at least 2 years after the date the record was made; and(b) Available for inspection and copying by the Board or its representative.2. Records made and maintained by a pharmacy pursuant to NAC 639.67055 must be available for inspection and copying by the Board or its representative after the 6-month period required by NAC 639.67055 if the pharmacy maintains the records longer than the required 6-month period.Nev.
