Section 638.340 - Consolidation

The presiding member of the Board may consolidate two or more proceedings into one hearing whenever it appears that the issues are substantially the same and the interests of the parties will not be prejudiced by consolidation. At any consolidated hearing, the presiding member of the Board shall determine the order of procedure.
