Section 638.250 - Request for hearing; filing of answer1. A party or parties against whom an accusation is filed must, within 15 days of receipt of the accusation, notify the Board in writing whether a hearing on the accusation is requested. Failure to request a hearing is a waiver of the right to hearing. The Board may allow a hearing notwithstanding the fact that it was not requested within 15 days.2. If a hearing is requested, the respondent shall file an answer within 20 days of receipt thereof.Nev. Admin. Code § 638.250
