Section 638.070 - Scope

The provisions of NAC 638.070 to 638.420, inclusive, govern all practice and procedure before the Board whenever the Board is acting as an agency, as that term is defined in NRS 233B.031, such as when the Board is authorized by law to make regulations or to determine contested cases.
