Section 638.490 - Additional inspection of agency after discovery of deficiency; failure to correct deficiency1. If a deficiency is found during an inspection of an agency, the Board or its representative will conduct a second inspection at the expense of the agency after the time given to correct the deficiency.2. If the deficiency is not corrected:(a) The Board may revoke or refuse to renew the license of any euthanasia technician employed by the agency; and(b) The Executive Director of the Board will notify the State Board of Pharmacy and the Drug Enforcement Administration of the Department of Justice.Nev.
