Section 637.470 - Service of process1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, all notices, documents, advisory opinions and declaratory orders required to be served by the Board will be served by mail to the last known home address provided to the Board by the addressee, and service thereof will be deemed complete when a true copy of such paper or document, properly addressed and stamped, is deposited in the United States mail. Parties will be notified either personally or by certified mail of any adverse decision or order.2. Notice of a disciplinary hearing will be served either personally or by certified mail upon the dispensing optician or apprentice dispensing optician who is the subject of the disciplinary hearing.3. All documents required to be served by a party must be served by mail to the last known address provided to the Board by the addressee, and service thereof shall be deemed complete when a true copy of such paper or document, properly addressed and stamped, is deposited in the United States mail.4. Following the entry of an appearance by an attorney for a party, all notices, pleadings and orders must be served upon the attorney and such service is effective for all purposes upon the party represented by the attorney.Nev.
