Section 637.450 - Motions1. The provisions of NRS 622A.360 and 622A.390 govern a motion which may be filed pursuant to this chapter, including, without limitation, the time for the filing of the motion.2. A decision on a motion will be rendered without oral argument unless oral argument is requested by the Board. If oral argument is requested, the Board will set a date and time for a hearing on the motion. The Board may authorize the President of the Board or his or her designee to rule on the motion without a hearing.Nev. Admin. Code § 637.450
