Section 637.420 - Captions, amendments and construction of pleadings1. Pleadings before the Board must be called applications, petitions, charging documents, motions, briefs or answers.2. The Board may, when substantial rights of the parties are not violated, allow any pleading to be amended or corrected at any time.3. All pleadings will be liberally construed with a view to administering justice between the parties, and the Board or presiding officer will, at every stage of proceeding, disregard errors or defects in the pleadings or proceedings which do not affect the substantial rights of the parties.Nev.
