Section 637.010 - ConstructionThis chapter will be:
1. Liberally construed to secure just, speedy and economical determinations of all issues presented to the Board and to effectuate the purposes of chapters 233B, 622A and 637 of NRS and all other applicable provisions of law.2. Construed as being in harmony with the provisions of chapter 637 of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 637.010
