Section 636.600 - Official notice1. In addition to the facts mentioned in subsection 5 of NRS 233B.123, the Board may take official notice of regulations, official reports, decisions, orders, standards of records of the Board, and any regulatory agency of the State of Nevada, any other state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States or any court of record.2. The Board may enter a decision or order adverse to a party in a disciplinary hearing without proof being established at the hearing that a person was actually injured by the conduct of that party if the conduct of the party is grounds for disciplinary action under NRS 636.295.Nev.
