Section 635.370 - Consultation with another podiatrist or provider of health care

A podiatrist or podiatry hygienist shall consult with another podiatrist or another provider of health care for the patient if:

1. It appears that consultation will improve the quality of medical care for that patient; or

2. If a consultation is requested by the patient or the patient's family.
