Section 635.360 - Reporting of act which is ground for disciplinary action

A podiatrist, podiatry hygienist, provisional licensee or holder of a limited license to practice podiatry shall promptly report to the Board any violation of NRS 635.130, by a podiatrist, podiatry hygienist, provisional licensee or holder of a limited license to practice podiatry, which may be harmful to the public.
