Section 635.098 - Adoption by reference of Code of Ethics

The Board hereby adopts by reference the Code of Ethics, April 2005, adopted by the American Podiatric Medical Association, except that the Association Ethics Rules AE1.0 Conflict of Interest, AE2.0 Confidentiality and AE3.0 Commercial Relationships are deleted.
