Section 634.410 - Conduct on premises1. A licensee is responsible for the conduct of his or her employees and other persons subject to his or her supervision in his or her place of practice and shall ensure that the conduct conforms to the law and to the provisions of this chapter.2. Sexual acts involving patients, patrons or customers must not be permitted on the premises of any facility used by a licensee for the practice of chiropractic.Nev. Admin. Code § 634.410
