Section 634.665 - Filing of briefs1. At a hearing, the Board may order briefs to be filed within a time which it prescribes. Any requested brief must be filed with the Board and must be accompanied by an acknowledgment of service on, or a certificate of mailing to, the other parties of record.2. The Board may set the matter for oral argument after briefs are filed or when a motion is contested. Ten days' notice of the time set for oral argument must be given to all parties of record, unless the Board specifies a shorter time.Nev. Admin. Code § 634.665
