Section 634.653 - Declaratory orders and advisory opinions1. A petition to the Board for a declaratory order or advisory opinion may only be filed by the holder of or an applicant for a license issued by the Board.2. The filing must include the original and 10 copies of the petition.3. A petition that is filed with the Board not less than 10 days before its next regularly scheduled meeting will be reviewed by the Board at that meeting. The Board will issue a declaratory order or advisory opinion within 30 days after reviewing the petition.Nev. Admin. Code § 634.653
