Section 634.765 - Matters of official noticeThe Board may take official notice of:
1. Regulations, official reports, decisions and orders of the Board or any other regulatory agency of this State.2. The contents of decisions, orders, certificates and permits issued by the Board.3. Matters of common knowledge and established technical or scientific facts.4. Pertinent official documents, when properly introduced into the record of formal proceedings by reference. Proper and definite reference to official documents must be made by the party offering them and they must be published and generally circulated so that an opportunity is given to all the parties of interest to the hearing to examine them and present rebuttal evidence.Nev.
