Section 634.384 - Annual submission of self-inspection form to Board by licensee

A licensee shall, within 10 business days after receiving a self-inspection form from the Board relating to a complaint, as described in NRS 634.160, made against the licensee, complete and submit the self-inspection form to the Board. A failure to complete and submit the self-inspection form is grounds for disciplinary action by the Board.
