Section 634.117 - "Chiropractor's assistant" defined

"Chiropractor's assistant" means a person who holds a certificate as a chiropractor's assistant pursuant to NRS 634.123 and the provisions of this chapter and who is dedicated to assisting in all permissible aspects of chiropractic practice under the direct supervision and responsibility of a chiropractic physician.
