Section 633.360 - Advertisement of practice1. An osteopathic physician shall not advertise the practice of osteopathic medicine in a manner that is:(b)Intended or has a tendency to: (1)Deceive or mislead the public; or(2)Create unrealistic expectations in any particular case.2.
