Section 633.480 - Decision or order by Board1. A decision or order in a disciplinary proceeding adverse to an osteopathic physician or physician assistant must:(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5 of NRS 233B.121, include findings of fact and conclusions of law; and(c) Specifically set forth the punishment imposed on the osteopathic physician or physician assistant.2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 633.671, an order of the Board is effective upon being served on the osteopathic physician or physician assistant.Nev. Admin. Code § 633.480
