Section 632.214 - Observation of patients; communication with other providers of health care; allowance for patients' choicesA registered nurse shall:
1. Perform or supervise the direct observation of patients under his or her care;2. Ensure the effectiveness, use and maintenance of procedures used to communicate to other providers of health care a patient's symptoms, reactions and progress; and3. Recognize, understand and allow for a patient's choice regarding his or her psychological, biological, social and cultural needs and religious beliefs.Nev. Admin. Code § 632.214
