Section 632.105 - "In the process of obtaining accreditation" defined for chapter 632 of NRS

As used in chapter 632 of NRS, the term "in the process of obtaining accreditation" means an approved school of practical nursing or an approved school of professional nursing that has applied for accreditation from a nationally recognized association or an agency authorized by law to accredit such schools which has been approved by the Board.
