Section 632.922 - Request for continuance of formal hearing

A request for a continuance of a formal hearing must be presented to the Board, in writing, before the date of the hearing or orally at the time of the hearing. The request will be heard by the Board at the time set for the hearing or at its next scheduled meeting, whichever comes first.
