Section 631.2217 - Review of holder of permit; renewal of permit1. The holder of a general anesthesia permit or moderate sedation permit is subject to review by the Board at any time.2. Each general anesthesia permit and moderate sedation permit must be renewed annually or biennially, as applicable, based on the renewal period set forth in NRS 631.330 for the type of license held by the holder of the permit.Nev.
