Section 631.2212 - Board to determine degree of sedationIn a proceeding of the Board at which the Board must determine the degree of sedation or level of consciousness of a patient, the Board will base its findings on:
1. The type and dosage of medication that was administered or is proposed for administration to the patient; and2. The degree of sedation or level of consciousness that should reasonably be expected to result from that type and dosage of medication.Nev. Admin. Code § 631.2212
