Section 630A.210 - Hearings1. Hearings will be held before a majority of the members of the Board.2. The member of the Board who is presiding over the hearing will call the hearing to order and note the appearances of board members, the parties and their counsel, if any. The Board will act upon any pending motions, stipulations and preliminary matters. The notice of hearing, complaint, petition, answer, response or written stipulation is a part of the record without the necessity of being read unless a party requests that the document be read verbatim into the record.3. Applicants, petitioners or complainants shall present their evidence before the parties who are opposing the application, petition or complaint submit their evidence.4. The Board may allow closing statements by the parties.5. Briefs may be filed upon motion of a party or at the request of the Board. The time for filing briefs will be set by the Board.Nev. Admin.
