Section 630A.170 - Filing of pleading, motion or other paper

The original and two copies of each pleading, motion or other paper must be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board. He or she may require the party filing the document to make a copy available to any other person who the Secretary determines may be affected by the proceeding and who desires a copy.
