Section 630A.370 - Cessation of supervision: Notification; suspension and reactivation of certificate1. A homeopathic physician who ceases to supervise a homeopathic assistant shall notify the Board and the homeopathic assistant in writing within 10 days after that supervision ceases. Upon receipt of a notice, the Board will automatically suspend the certificate of the homeopathic assistant.2. A homeopathic assistant whose certificate is suspended pursuant to subsection 1 may reactivate his or her certificate before the date on which the certificate is due for renewal if:(a) The homeopathic assistant is reemployed as a homeopathic assistant; and(b) The homeopathic assistant submits to the Board proof of employment from his or her new supervising homeopathic physician.Nev.
