Section 630A.415 - Effect of revocation of certificate to practice any type of medicine in another jurisdiction1. The Board will not issue a certificate as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy to an applicant who has been certified to practice any type of medicine in another jurisdiction and whose certificate was revoked for gross medical negligence by that jurisdiction.2. The Board may revoke the certificate of any person certified to practice any type of medicine in another jurisdiction which was revoked for gross medical negligence by that jurisdiction.3. The revocation of a certificate to practice any type of medicine in another jurisdiction on grounds other than grounds which would constitute revocation for gross medical negligence constitutes grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying the issuance of a certificate as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy.Nev.
