Section 630.Sec. 4.2 - NEW

For the purposes of this chapter and chapter 630 of NRS, a physician who is treating a patient while the patient is receiving care from a certified registered nurse anesthetist who performs any activity described in paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of section 2.6 of Senate Bill No. 336, chapter 229, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1444 (NRS 632.2397), shall be deemed the supervising physician of the certified registered nurse anesthetist.
