Section 630.790 - Advisory committee1. The Board will appoint three perfusionists to an advisory committee. To the extent practicable, each appointee must have lived in and actively and continuously practiced perfusion in this State for at least 3 years before his or her appointment.2. The Board will give each appointee written notice of his or her appointment and term of office. The term of each appointee to the advisory committee must not exceed 4 years, except that a member of the advisory committee must continue to serve until the Board appoints a replacement as his or her successor.3. At the request of the Board, the advisory committee shall review and make recommendations to the Board concerning any matter relating to perfusionists.4. The members of the advisory committee serve without compensation.Nev. Admin. Code § 630.790
