Section 630.165 - Effect of revocation of license in another jurisdiction: "Gross medical negligence" defined

For the purposes of NRS 630.161, "gross medical negligence" means an act or omission that:

1. Demonstrates a conscious indifference to or disregard for the safety or welfare of a patient; or
2. Constitutes gross medical negligence in the jurisdiction in which a license was revoked.
