Section 628.555 - "Evaluation" defined

"Evaluation" means the process conducted pursuant to the practice-monitoring program established pursuant to NAC 628.550 to 628.590, inclusive, to ensure that a practitioner complies with the Code of Professional Conduct adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 628.500.
