Section 628.885 - "Suspension, revocation or placing on probation of the right to practice before any state or federal agency" interpreted

The Board will interpret the term "suspension, revocation or placing on probation of the right to practice before any state or federal agency" as used in paragraph (h) of subsection 1 of NRS 628.390 to include any surrender of a license while the licensee is under investigation or has been charged with any violation in a disciplinary or administrative matter.
