Section 628.030 - Examinations: Requirements1. The examination required by NRS 628.190 is the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination or an examination approved by the Board pursuant to NRS 628.230.2. In addition to the examination described in subsection 1, no earlier than 3 years before filing the application for certification as a certified public accountant, an applicant must pass an examination in professional ethics which is prescribed by or acceptable to the Board.Nev.
