Section 625A.050 - Provision of additional information or appearance before Board or member thereof before issuance, renewal or reinstatement

Before the Board will issue, renew or reinstate, as applicable, a registration, the Board may require an applicant to:

1. Provide additional information; or

2. Appear before the Board or a member of the Board for an oral interview.
