Section 625A.0133 - Environmental health specialist trainee: Expiration of provisional registration; application for renewal; grounds for refusal to renew; automatic suspension1. A provisional registration to engage in the practice of environmental health as an environmental health specialist trainee expires 1 year from the date of issuance. Unless a 1-year extension is granted pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 625A.115, a provisional registration may be renewed not more than twice.2. To apply to renew a provisional registration, an environmental health specialist trainee must submit to the Board: (a) A completed application on a form provided by the Board; (b) The fee for the renewal of a provisional registration prescribed by NAC 625A.069; and(c) If the application is received by the Board at least 1 day but less than 30 days after the expiration date of the provisional registration, the late renewal fee prescribed by NAC 625A.069.3. The Board will not renew a provisional registration if the information required by subsection 2 is received by the Board more than 30 days after the expiration date of the provisional registration.4. A provisional registration is automatically suspended if an environmental health specialist trainee fails to comply with the requirements of subsection 2.5. If a provisional registration is renewed pursuant to subsection 2 at least 1 day but less than 30 days after the expiration date of the provisional registration, the renewal of the provisional registration is retroactive to the expiration date of the provisional registration.Nev.
