Section 625A.086 - Evidence of completion; audits
1. Each environmental health specialist who is required to complete a program of continuing education shall retain and make available to the Board for inspection legible copies of all receipts, records of attendance, certificates and any other evidence of completion of an approved course for 4 years after completion of the course.
2. The Board will conduct random audits of the proof of completion of environmental health specialists to ensure compliance with the requirements of this section and NAC 625A.080.
