Section 625A.012 - Petition for declaratory order or advisory opinion1. A person may file, and the Board will consider, a petition for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion concerning the applicability of any relevant statutory provision or any regulation or decision of the Board.2. A petition for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion must be filed with the Board in the same manner as a petition for the adoption, amendment or repeal of a regulation pursuant to NAC 625A.0115.3. Not later than 90 days after the submission of a petition for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion, the Board will conduct a hearing regarding the petition.4. The Board will provide by United States mail to the person who filed the petition for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion:(a) A copy of the declaratory order or advisory opinion; or(b) A copy of the Board's order denying the petition.Nev.
