Section 625.655 - Applicability of statutes and regulations

When engaging in the practice of land surveying in this State, a professional land surveyor shall apply all applicable statutes and regulations in addition to the minimum standards of practice for professional land surveyors established in NAC 625.651 to 625.790, inclusive.
