Section 625.645 - Conditions of probation1. If the Board determines that probation is an appropriate disciplinary sanction pursuant to NRS 625.460, it may require as conditions of probation: (a) That the licensee notify the Board concerning each project on which the licensee is working;(b) The supervision of the licensee by an independent professional selected by the Board;(c) The payment of all costs of the Board, not to exceed $5,000 per violation; and(d) Any other conditions deemed appropriate by the Board to facilitate the probation.2. Any notification required pursuant to subsection 1 must include:(a) The name of the client;(b) The name of the project;(c) The location of the project;(d) The type and scope of work involved;(e) The size of the project; and(f) The amount of the fee to be paid to the licensee.Nev.
