Section 625.545 - Written contract required for each clientBefore performing any work, a licensee shall enter into a written contract with each client for whom the licensee will perform work. The written contract must include, without limitation:
1. Provisions specifying: (a) The scope of the work;(b) The cost for completion of the work; and(c) The anticipated schedule for completion of the work that indicates the time and sequence of each part of the work.2. A disclosure as to whether the licensee currently maintains a policy of professional liability insurance.Nev. Admin. Code § 625.545
