Section 624.669 - Application for increase in monetary limit on license1. A licensee may submit to the Board a written application for an increase in the monetary limit of his or her license. The application must be made on a form prescribed by the Board.2. A licensee must submit with the application:(b) The financial statement required by NAC 624.593; and(c) Any other information required by the Board.Nev. Admin. Code § 624.669
