Section 624.603 - Conditional licensing1. The Board may issue a conditional license to an applicant for an original license or for renewal of a license if, after giving the applicant notice and an opportunity to be heard, the Board determines that the issuance of a conditional license to the applicant is in the best interest of the public.2. The Board may summarily suspend a conditional license issued pursuant to this section if the licensee fails to comply with any condition or limitation on the license.3. The Board may recover from the holder of a conditional license the costs incurred by the Board to determine whether the licensee is complying with the conditions imposed on his or her license, including, without limitation, the costs of: (a) Monitoring the activities of the licensee;(b) Reviewing financial or other reports required of the licensee; and(c) Reviewing the licensee's contracts.Nev.
