Section 624.7291 - Rebuttable presumption that misrepresentation or omission of material fact to Board does not form a defense against complaint

The misrepresentation or omission of a material fact to the Board by an applicant or a licensee creates a rebuttable presumption that the misrepresented or omitted material fact does not form a defense against a complaint.
