The Secretary-Treasurer shall deposit all fees collected by the Board in a commercial account in the name of the Board in a bank in the State of Nevada selected by a majority of the members of the Board. Ordinary or recurring disbursements by the Board must be made from the commercial account. The Secretary-Treasurer shall also establish in the name of the Board one or more savings accounts in a financial institution in this State selected by a majority of the members of the Board.
